Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@kittyring.com. Returns are sent to: 7026 Queens Blvd, 2F, Woodside, NY 11377. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Personalized / custom items: Because each piece is engraved with your pet's photo and name, custom items can't be returned for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will remake or refund it. No questions asked.
Damages and issues: Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or wrong.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EU 14-day cooling-off period applies for orders shipped to the EU.
