When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We also collect your pet photo when you upload it for customization. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship your order, craft your custom piece, communicate with you about your order, and provide customer support.

Pet Photos

Your pet photo is used to create your customized product. Photos are stored securely and used only for production and order fulfillment. We do not share your pet photos publicly without your consent. You may request deletion of your photo after your order is complete.

Payment Processing

Payment is processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details — that information is handled securely by the payment processor.

We may send marketing emails only when you have consented to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Necessary information may be processed by our payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, and fulfillment providers to complete your order and operate our business. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
