Using Our Store
By placing an order with KittyRing you agree to these terms.
Personalized-Product Orders
Each piece is made to order from the photo and details you provide. Please review your preview carefully before approving production.
Photo Permissions
You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it for creating a custom product.
Artwork Preview and Approval
Every order is previewed before production. Once you approve the artwork, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.
Production and Shipping
Processing takes 3–5 business days after a suitable photo is received. Shipping takes 5–10 business days after production. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not available because the item is personalized for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact support@kittyring.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including the KittyRing name, logo, designs, and artwork, is the property of KittyRing and protected by intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our store for any unlawful purpose, upload photos you do not have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or compromise our site or systems.
Limitation of Liability
KittyRing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
