Processing

Every KittyRing piece is personalized and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare the artwork and engrave your keepsake after receiving a suitable pet photo.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on every order. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after production. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved customization, contact support@kittyring.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Custom-Product Returns

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind after production begins. Eligible damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded.
